We took the No. 49 spot on the annual John Burns Research & Consulting report listing the top 50 master-planned communities. Rankings reflect net sales for the previous year.

The top 50 communities sold a whopping 34,000 homes in 2023. That’s a 24 percent increase from roughly 28,000 in 2022. Of those, 364 homes were sold in Cross Creek Ranch.
