With the purchase of a home in cross creek ranch our residents belong to a Community Management Association. This community management ensures the community’s pristine beauty is preserved now and as development continues. The association’s management company, CCMC, works closely with residents and the development team to maintain the community.

Current year's Cross Creek Ranch Community Association dues are $1,400 per year.
Lakes of Cross Creek Ranch gated section dues are $2,400 per year.
Quail Point gated section dues are $2,275 per year.
Creek View dues are $1,650 per year.
Community Association dues are managed by CCMC
Bonterra dues are $3,150 per year. Bonterra is managed seperately by, King Property Managment.
Please note: Association dues are not a tax and are subject to change.
To keep the community beautiful, residents of Cross Creek Ranch are required to pay a 0.25% fee at closing to the Cross Creek Ranch Foundation Committee. Click here to learn more.
