What will you find when you tour Cross Creek Ranch during the Best of the ‘Burbs Home Tour? Everything you’ve ever wanted!

Hosted by Cross Creek Ranch developer Johnson Development, Houston’s largest home tour showcases more than 130 gorgeous and professionally decorated model homes and nearly 500 available homes across 12 communities — including those in Cross Creek Ranch. Our 25 model homes will be open daily 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and noon to 6 p.m. Sundays during the tour.

Stop by to see the latest design trends and the huge selection of floor plans offered by our amazing builders. If you’re ready to make your move, our builders also have many move-in ready homes you can tour. Homes are priced from the $300,000s to more than $1 million.

Our models aren’t the only things about our community that are sure to impress you. Cross Creek Ranch has it all. Let’s start with our spectacular lakes, parks and trails. We’re known for the careful conservation of our natural beauty. Take a walk along Flewellen Creek, a restored nature area that is home to many species of wildlife. The Polishing Pond is a lush 50-acre habitat for fish, turtles, birds and so much more.

Flewellen Creek serves as the beautiful backdrop for the Arbor Park sports complex and The Links at Flewellen Creek, our 18-hole disc golf course. Other great places to play are Canine Commons for our furry friends and our many pocket playgrounds.

Love the water? We do, too! We have three amenity complexes anchored by sparkling pools. Adventure Island Waterpark features our iconic 140-foot water slide. Flewellen Creek is a great place to swim a few laps. Greenthread Park offers a resort-style pool, waterslides and sunbathing shelves. If you prefer kayaking and fishing, our lakes are stocked with fish and kayaks and paddleboats are welcome.

Staying fit is easy. Our trails feature fitness stations. If you like to work out indoors, our 6,500-square-foot fitness center has free weights, cardio equipment, personal trainers and group fitness classes.

Active adults 55+ living in Bonterra have access to their own clubhouse and a wealth of activities perfect for residents enjoying their golden years.

Sound like fun? You can participate in some events this month when you visit us. Celebrate Earth Day with us, 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday, April 22, at 6450 Cross Creek Bend Lane. We’ll have nature-inspired activities, food and giveaways. The event concludes with a showing of Wall-E at 8 p.m. under the stars. It’s free, so bring blankets and lawn chairs out to enjoy it.
