Tour the Best of the ‘Burbs this April, May

There’s something big happening in the Houston area this April and May and if you take part, you could be a big winner.

Johnson Development is opening the doors to more than 120 homes throughout greater Houston — 21 of which are in Cross Creek Ranch — as part of its “Best of the ‘Burbs” home tour. You can tour the models online here, but we have a few reasons to tour in person — 100,000 reasons, in fact.

Those visiting model homes in person will be able to pick up a scratch-off ticket for a chance to win $100,000. You can receive one ticket per day per family for each model home you visit, which means in Cross Creek Ranch, you can pick 21 tickets every day you visit!

Models are being sanitized and the tour — normally just one month — has been extended to two months to accommodate social distancing.

But the prospect of winning $100,000 isn’t the only reason to visit our model homes in April and May — the models are filled with décor ideas that will inspire your own attempts at home design. All professionally decorated, model homes often showcase bold colors, creative textures, themed rooms and interesting accents. You’ll leave dreaming of how you can apply some of these ideas in your own home — or, as often happens — imagining family life in a brand new home. If you do decide a new home is for you, talk to the builder sales representative about what is available now or what will be available soon. Homes are selling fast in Cross Creek Ranch, so you don’t want to delay.

The models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and noon to 6 p.m. Sundays. Admission for the tour of homes is free.
