Chesmar Homes Launches Sales in New Neighborhood

Chesmar Homes has started home sales in a new section of Cross Creek Ranch, offering more than a dozen single-family home designs priced from the $280,000s.

These gorgeous, one- and two-story designs range from 1,891 to 2,746 square feet, offering four bedrooms as standard with an option for a fifth bedroom. Kitchens are defined by large islands where children can spread out to do homework or families can sit for a casual meal. The open-concept living areas are balanced with private retreats, with plenty of options to convert the spaces to a media room, home office or other need.

All the homes are built to Environments for Living® Diamond and Certified Green standards, promising savings on energy bills and increased comfort. With an average HERS score of 63, Chesmar’s homes are much more energy efficient than other new homes — which boast an average score of 100 — and greatly more efficient than existing homes. (A lower HERS score indicates greater energy efficiency.)

In addition to quality construction inside the walls, Chesmar’s homes are filled with stylish features that are easy to see. Standard in kitchens are granite countertops, tile flooring, recessed LED lighting and a gas range. Raised ceilings and two-tone decorator paint schemes add interest.
