Or, build your dream home with a $20,000 incentive package that includes $10,000 toward structural options, $5,000 in design center credit and up to $5,000 toward closing costs. The offer ends Aug. 31.
Get Ready for New Schools
There are a lot of advantages to living in Cross Creek Ranch, but with the school bell ringing, let’s talk about the two great school districts serving Cross Creek Ranch. We have two on-site elementary schools for children zoned to Katy ISD — Randolph Elementary and our newest school, Campbell Elementary. Older students attend award-winning Seven Lakes Junior High and Tompkins High School. However, by 2020, students will attend our new on-site junior high and high schools. Students zoned to Lamar CISD attend Huggins Elementary and two of the newest schools in the district — Leaman Junior High and Fulshear High School.
