Breakfast, brunch and lunch are about to get yummier now that CoCo Crepes, Waffles and Coffee is opening a location in the Market at Cross Creek Ranch.
The popular creperie has nine other locations, but it’s the one opening this fall near FM 1463 and Fulshear Bend Drive that has us excited. We’ve already put together a list of the crêpes, waffles and other goodies we are looking forward to trying.
CoCo Crepes serves up both sweet and savory crepes, which means we can hit them up for a breakfast of Crêpe Suzette a la Mode or the signature Coco’s Crêpe with strawberries, whipped cream, caramel and chocolate sauce. Then we can come back at lunchtime for a crêpe with chicken and spinach or smoked salmon. There’s also a new crepe creation each month and a create-your-own option.
Beyond crêpes, the restaurant offers waffles — notable for their deliciousness and for being a 2016 Best of Houston® Winner for Best Waffles. These also come in sweet and savory varieties. Gluten-free waffles are available for $2 extra.
There’s also a great selection of paninis, soups, salads, gelato and sorbet. To wash it down try a COCoccino — a Frappuccino made with homemade gelato.
If you haven’t been out to The Market at Cross Creek Ranch yet, it’s worth a visit. Phase One of the retail center is complete and houses our new H-E-B. Tenants slated to open throughout the summer and fall include Natural Pawz, Dickey’s BBQ, Venetian Nails, Postal Plus Copy Center, Massage Heights Body and Face, and Twin Liquors Fine Wine and Spirits. Already open are Great Clips, Leslie’s Pool Supplies, Lapels Dry Cleaning, MOD Pizza and Memorial Hermann Urgent Care.
