Cross Creek Ranch remains one of the nation’s top-selling master-planned communities, says housing think tank Robert Charles Lesser & Co. (RCLCO) in a mid-year report.

Cross Creek Ranch ranks No. 31 on the tally, with 212 sales though mid-2017, an increase of 6 percent over the previous year.
