You're Somebody's Type at Spring Blood Drive

Whether you are “A,” “B,” “AB” or “O,” you are somebody’s type and that somebody needs you to donate at the Cross Creek Ranch Blood Drive Saturday, April 8.

A pint of blood can save three lives, and Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center will be in the Cross Creek Ranch Welcome Center Parking Lot, 6450 Cross Creek Bend Lane, from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. to collect. Donors will receive juice, cookies and a “badge of honor” bandage.

Potential donors must be at least 17 years old and weigh at least 110 pounds. Those who are age 16 and weigh 122 pounds or more can donate with parental consent. The event is open to the public.

Cross Creek Ranch hosts blood drives throughout the year. More information about donations can be found here. at http://www.giveblood.org. To sign up for the blood drive, register online select digital donor and input Sponsor Code: J937.
