Cross Creek Ranch Among Area's Busiest

Cross Creek Ranch has been ranked No. 6 on the Houston Business Journal’s list of the Houston area’s 25 most active developments, based on new home starts.

Builders have started 337 homes in the community during the 12-month period ending in September as they have tried to keep pace with home sales that are nearly 20 percent greater in 2016 than the previous year.

Cross Creek Ranch was one of six Johnson Development projects to be included on the tally. Other Johnson communities on the 25-count list were Riverstone, No. 1; Sienna Plantation, No. 2; Woodforest, No. 4; Harvest Green, No. 8; and Harmony, No. 11. Johnson Development had more listed communities than any other developer.

Thirteen builders offer designs in Cross Creek Ranch, including patio homes, executive homes, luxury homes and those designed for active adults. Pricing is from the $220,000s. Residents also enjoy a wealth of world-class amenities.
