Cross Creek Ranch Builders Offer Texas-sized July Incentives

Everything is bigger in Texas, including the July sales, incentives and promotions offered by Cross Creek Ranch’s award-winning builders.

Builders are offering enormous savings on options and upgrades with design center credits ranging from $5,000 to $100,000, allowing buyers to add everything from fireplaces and media rooms to wet bars and outdoor kitchens.

Darling Homes will give its customers credit in the amount of 10 percent of the base price of their new home if purchased by Sept. 30. Partners in Building is celebrating 30 years of creating unique custom homes with $30,000 to spend at its design center. The offer is good through Aug. 31. Village Builders is celebrating summer in a big way with $100,000 off design studio options, plus $5,000 toward closing costs on select quick move-in homes if purchased by Aug. 15.

Newmark Homes also is offering $5,000 toward closing costs on homes situated on 55-foot homesites, as well as a $20,000 incentive package. Buyers can choose from a menu of upgraded kitchen cabinets, floors and countertops. Customers utilizing Newmark’s approved lenders benefit even more, with an owner’s title policy in the amount of the loan and $2,500 toward closing costs.

Buyers looking for big savings on their dream kitchen will profit from another Newmark incentive. The builder is offering $50,000 in design center credit toward that goal when customers purchase any to-be-built home on 70-foot properties. Newmark will even provide $2,500 toward closing costs. Both promotions end July 31.

Closing costs promotions also are available to Lennar Homes’ and Highland Homes’ buyers. Lennar will pay the closing costs on select move-in ready homes, while Highland will pay up to $13,000. Lennar’s offer is good until Aug. 15. Highland’s ends July 31.
