'€˜Stuff the Box' During Cross Creek Ranch Holiday Food Drive

Cross Creek Ranch invites area residents to “Stuff the Box” with food items this holiday season. The community, in collaboration with Katy Christian Ministries, is sponsoring a holiday food drive to assist local families.

The drive takes place Nov. 1-24. A variety of non-perishable food items are needed, including canned fruits and vegetables, rice, oatmeal, coffee, sugar and condiments. Items can be dropped off at the community room lobby, 6450 Cross Creek Bend Lane. The drive is open to the public.

Katy Christian Ministries is a non-profit coalition of churches dedicated to providing social services to Katy, Fulshear and West Houston communities. The organization sponsors a food pantry that provides a three-day supplement of non-perishable food to families in need up to twice a month.

Cross Creek Ranch sponsors a number of charitable events throughout the year as a way to give back to the community.
