The Fulshear Scarecrow Festival in Cross Creek Ranch is bringing the past back to life with its annual scarecrow contest and fall celebration 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 17.
In addition to the scarecrow decorating contest, the festival is sure to scare up more family fun with a carnival, live music, food trucks, pumpkin patch photos and petting zoo.
The festival is open to the public and has free admission. All-day carnival tickets are $5 per person.
Proceeds from the sale of scarecrow judging ballots, food and other items benefit the Arts Fulshear.
