Donate Blood, Save a Life at Cross Creek Ranch

Cross Creek Ranch invites area residents to help save lives by donating blood 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, June 13. Many Texas hospitals are reporting low blood supplies, due to recent flooding, making this drive especially important.

Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center will be onsite in the community at 6450 Cross Creek Bend Lane. Potential donors must be at least 17 years old and weigh at least 110 pounds. Those who are age 16 and weigh 122 pounds or more can donate with parental consent. The event is open to the public.

Cross Creek Ranch hosts blood drives throughout the year. More information about donations can be found at http://www.giveblood.org/faq.aspx#Donating.
