Houston, TX, October 16, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Darling Homes is growing in Houston with four new communities offering family-style living and luxury amenities while providing a unique home buying experience, customized for each individual home buyer.
New communities include Cross Creek Ranch in Fulshear, Imperial in Sugar Land and Harmony in Spring, Texas. Darling Homes is also expanding Long Meadow Farms in Richmond across Highway 99.
The family lifestyle is celebrated at Cross Creek Ranch in Fulshear, where a sense of community is created on the green lawns of Flewellen Creek and Arbor Parks; the scenic hike and bike trails; over lunch at The Essence Cafe and at the Cross Creek Ranch Fitness Center. Children can splash and enjoy the many water features at the on-site Adventure Island Water Park and take the family dog to play at Canine Commons.
In early 2014, Darling Homes will offer expansive luxury homes on large home sites at Cross Creek Ranch. Pre-sales and a model home are planned for early 2014.

Charming Mediterranean-style elevations offer plenty of living space, including luxury patios overlooking the lakeside at Imperial. Home buyers have plenty of options including a game room, media room, outdoor living space with fireplace, summer kitchen, attic storage and private guest casita. The first Imperial model is set to open in Spring 2014.
