Cross Creek Ranch Still Ranks Among Nation’s Best Sellers

The sun may be setting on the opportunity for a brand-new home in Cross Creek Ranch, but that hasn’t stopped us from once again being ranked among the 50 top-selling master-planned communities in the nation!

In its annual mid-year report, RCLCO Real Estate Consulting lists Cross Creek Ranch at No. 46, with 222 home sales during the first six months of 2024. This is a 7 percent gain over the same timeframe last year.

This year’s sales have been so brisk, we’ve had several builders sell out of a particular series of floor plans as we continue toward close-out. Home buyers still have plenty of choice, however, with five builders offering floor plans based priced from the $300,000s to more than $700,000 and designed for homesites that range from 40 to 70 feet wide.
