The Cross Creek Ranch Education Foundation will contribute to Cross Creek Ranch residents by providing a richer, more robust, educational environment. Although the Foundation will provide funding of enhanced educational programs for all age groups, its initial focus will be for both primary and secondary school levels. The Foundation will evaluate various options for education program enhancements or supplementation and select those programs that the Board believes will contribute the greatest benefit to the overall community. In the future, The Foundation will also have the ability to fund both pre-school and post-secondary level programs. In addition, the Foundation may fund distant learning and adult-education programs for all residents, including active adult. It is our expectation that the mission of the Foundation will evolve with the life cycle of the maturing community and will continually adjust its focus to provide the most relevant resident enrichments to the overall educational environment of Cross Creek Ranch. The foundation is funded by a sales transaction fee of 0.25% on every sale.
